What services do you provide?

We offer medical consultation for non-acute toxic exposures, including environmental and occupational cases. All consultations are conducted by a board-certified medical toxicologist.

Who conducts the consultations?

Consultations are provided by a US-trained, board-certified physician specializing in medical toxicology, ensuring expert and reliable care.

How do virtual consultations work?

Virtual consultations are scheduled online and conducted securely. You’ll discuss your exposure, symptoms, and receive guidance on next steps—all from the comfort of your home.

What types of exposures are covered?

We address non-acute exposures to toxins and poisons, including workplace, environmental, and household incidents. Acute emergencies should be directed to emergency services.

Apologies, we do not offer pain management or addiction services.

Is a referral required for consultation?

Patient care requires a team-based approach. We work with your healthcare provider to provide the best, evidence-based care. As such, referral from a healthcare provider is strongly encouraged.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

After booking your appointment, you will be sent an intake form to complete prior to your visit. You may also upload relevant test results or other information to the patient portal for review. This helps ensure a thorough and efficient consultation.
